The fastest fast food!

..shortly we will have opulent meals, but here is one of my favorite "busy days" receipt! PIZZA TOAST !

some slices of toast, one mozzarella, tomato paste, salt and "pizza herbs" !

That´s all.
5 minutes in the sandwich toaster

...tastes delicate like pizza,

served with my favorite winter vegetables: chicoree (Belgian endive) ...and in a wonderful dragonflies-plate, I bought from the german ceramic artist Hildegard Schemehl
