Working-Process Feng shui Globes

Let´s start to make 2 Feng shui globes ! It would be great to have somebody to take the pics, but then I might miss the silence to work focused.....so I took them by myself. That will have to do.

New Material!

My aquablue Feng shui globe sold out yesterday, so I have to make some new!

I have arranged some beautiful glass globes in green, aqua and light blue.

..hope I will find time within the next days to solder silver wire around.

I will show the working process, so stay tuned if you are interested to see the development.

My formula against spring lethargy

fresh from the garden, wash , chop, pour over with boiled water, leave 5 minutes to draw, ready!.......I drink 3 cups a day during 2-4 weeks!

Looking for subjects to photograph some jewelry with , I discovered these wooden birds in my cabinet. A souvenir, we had brought along from Rajasthan 30 years ago.....Time flies! ....

I could not resist to blog them, I think they are amazing!

work in progress : One of a kind rings

I use cut out sheet-silver pieces which are collected while crafting other silver jewelry.They are soldered on a band.



After cleaning, before filing and sanding .....and using the chamfer in places.....
then oxidizing... Next is to polish!
Ready!
Each ring is unique, and by a fluke very nice details and textures appear!
