prototypes
clasps for my mandala pendants
for silver models I often do a prototype to get the right dimension
Being a haptically person, this cardboard thing works perfect for me!
a bit too big, the silver version should be way smaller I guess.

Lots of earring findings are needed for the new Collection
...and every piece is made by hand
I really admire people with perfect manicured hands, mine never will be....

It´s time to recycle some silver scrap!
and this time I tried to make real sheet silver out of my scrap (which almost overstrained my plate roll ).
melting in the charcoal , hammering, intermediate annealing, rolling out repeatedly, and in the end - sheet silver !
The real snowflakes won´t be long in coming... in the meanwhile here are some snowflakes that won´t melt.

Raw
Playing around with copper
I have to order new oxidizer, mine is used up, so I couldn´t bring out the surface as spectacular as I intended...maybe some pics later, when I show some more copper projects.
Brooch a week/12
The half lentil shape is an inexhaustible source for creating jewelry...
It is an archaic form, protective shield, .. vessel,....
