old cut beads

these are not partly cut charlottes, but old, real cut beads....similar to these:





 To work with is time consuming, because not all of them can be used, but the surface is beautiful !
......subdued sparkling .

 Plain shapes to bring out the characteristcs of the beads.

    They are absolutely stunning, Viktoria. Thank you for explaining to my layman's eye, but now I see it. The black ones look like pools of caviar! Pure luxury.

    Yes, the sparkle is much more subtle adding lots of depth of colour. Really beautiful!
